Capsule & Tablet Facility
ENCAPSULATIONS
Production of over 12,000,000 capsules per week. Capsule sizes ranging from "4"- "00"
in Gelatin or Vegetable capsules. We have high speed encapsulators for large customers
seeking economies of scale and we also have semi-automatic machines for those seeking
smaller batch sizes. Our minimum order quantity is 250,000 capsules per formulation.

TABLETS
Our facility produces 20,000,000 tablets per week. Various sizes and shapes available,
from small sublingual rounds to large multi-vitamin tablets. Clear or color coating
capabilities for tablets is offered. Our minimum quantity is 350,000
tablets per formula.
POWDERS
We producs 65,000 pounds of powder per day with multiple blending capabilities.
Powder filling ranges from 5 grams to 10 pounds per bottle. We currently fill 5,000 large
bottles per day. We fill individual packets from 1 gram to 2. 5 pounds per
packet with a filling capability of 125
packets per minute.
