Liquid & Cream Facility
LIQUIDS, CREAMS, LOTIONS AND HAIR CARE
Average daily production is 4,000-6,000 gallons of topical products a day. We have single head filling and multiple head high speed filling for all viscosity products. CGNP fills 200 tubes and bottles per minute and we currently fill 45,000 units per day.
LIQUID EXTRACTS
CGNP produces over 65 alcohol and water based liquid extracts daily. We fill liquid
extracts in sizes ranging from ½ ounce to 8 ounce bottles with or without droppers.
LIQUID VITAMINS AND NUTRITIONAL DRINKS
Utilizing nutraceutical and organic ingredients, we produce
liquids
ranging from energy,
wellness, aphrodisiac to brain supplements. Current production capacities are
1,000 gallons per batch with capacity of up to 6,000 gallons per day. Our filling capacities
are 1 ounce to 32 ounce bottles and we can produce over 65 units per minute on one line. We have double-sided labeling capabilities on liquid filling lines.
SMALL LOT MANUFACTURING
We specialize in just-in-time and small lot processing which allows us to maintain
consistency and freshness in all of our products.
